Peanut Butterscotch Shake Ingredients:
Peanut butter 1 tablespoon
Butterscotch topping 1 1/2 teaspoons
Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt or ice cream 1 cups (240 ml)
Lowfat milk 1/3 cup (80 ml)
Ice Cube 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Peanut Butterscotch Shake Steps:
1. Place all ingredients in blender in order list.
2. Secure lid, Turn on machine and quickly turn to high
3. Run for 20 seconds or until smooth
4. Serve immediately
