Horseradish Ingredients:
Horseradish root 1 cup (240ml) peel and cut in pieces
Vinegar 1/2 cup (120ml)
Sugar 1 TBSP
Salt 1/4 tsp
Horseradish Steps:
1. place 1/2 cutted horseradish root pieces into the blender
2. turn on machine to medium, while machine is running, drop the remaining pieces of horseraddish
3. stop the machine until all pieces are grated
4. scrape down sides of container with spatula
5. add vinegar, sugar, salt into the blender, turn on machine and run with high speed for 15-20 seconds or until well mixed
Notes:
For cream style horseradish: follow above directions and add 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream when blending final ingrredients. Refridgerate in airtight container.
