Carrot, Orange and Apple Juice ingredients:

Carrot                           1 medium
Orange                          1 including white part of peel
Appel                            1/2
Pineapple juice               1 cup (240ml)
Ice cube                        1/2 cup (120ml)

Carrot, Orange and Apple Juice steps:

1. Place all ingredients in blender in order listed

2. Turn on machine and quickly increase to high speed

3. Run for 1 minute or until smooth

4. Serve immediately
