Green Pesto Ingredients:
fresh basil 2 bunches
garlic 3 cloves
grated Parmesan cheese 20g (1/4 cup)
pine nuts 30g (1/3 cup)
olive oil 150 ml (2/3 cup)
freshly ground salt and pepper
Green Pesto Steps:
1. Tear the leaves from the basil and put into beaker
2. Add the garlic, pine nuts, cheese and olive oil and blend into a pesto. Season with freshly ground salt and pepper
