Ham Spread ingredients:
Nonfat mayonnaise 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Pickle vinger 2 tbsp
Ham 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) light boiled ham, cut into 1 inch pieces
Mustard 2 tbsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Chipped onion 1 tbsp
Horseradish 1 tbsp (optional)
Ham Spread steps:
1. Place all ingredients in blender in order listed.
2. Turn on machine and quickly turn to medium speed, run for 5-10 seconds or until chunky.
3. You may need to stop the machine and run a spatula around the inside of the container to integrate ingredients.
4. If necessary, use the tamper to press any ingredients into the blades while processing. Do not over mix.
Notes:
Regrigerate in airtight container.
